Welcome to Qwikerr. By accessing or using the Qwikerr website (qwikerr.com), the Qwikerr browser extension, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use License
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Qwikerr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not do any of the following:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
- Use the Service to scrape or bulk-download data in violation of third-party terms of service.
3. Payment, Subscriptions, and Trials
Qwikerr offers a free, ad-supported plan. We reserve the right to modify the features available on the free plan at any time without prior notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.
4. CRM and Source Platform Policies
Qwikerr connects your browser to third-party CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and operates over third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, LinkedIn). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your use of Qwikerr must comply with the Terms of Service of your connected CRM.
- Your use of Qwikerr must comply with the Terms of Service of the platforms you are extracting data from (e.g., LinkedIn User Agreement, WhatsApp Terms of Service).
- Qwikerr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any CRM or platform mentioned on our site.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Qwikerr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
Qwikerr relies on the DOM (Document Object Model) of WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Gmail, as well as the APIs of your CRM. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, nor does it guarantee the continuous operation of integrations with third-party platforms, as those are subject to unannounced changes by their respective operators.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Qwikerr, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
