Does Qwikerr work with custom CRM fields?

Yes. At setup, Qwikerr fetches your full CRM schema including custom fields, picklists, and lookup relationships. You can map any extracted contact data to any custom field in your CRM.

Which browsers does Qwikerr support?

Qwikerr works on Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Safari. Firefox support is on our roadmap.

Can I use Qwikerr across more than one CRM?

Pro and Enterprise plans let you connect and switch between multiple CRMs in the same panel. The Free plan supports one active CRM connection.

Does Qwikerr read my WhatsApp messages?

No. Qwikerr reads only the contact's name and phone number from the chat header — never the content of any message. It does not store or transmit message data of any kind.

Do I need to set up Zapier or webhooks?

No. Qwikerr works out of the box — no webhooks, Zapier, or any middleware required. The extension connects directly to your CRM via OAuth 2.0.
